POLICIES AND SHIPPING

Thanks for checking out my info on shipping, returns, and other small print things.

Shipping:

Please, make sure your shipping address is correct, if it's not please send me an email: babyprops.ca at gmail.com OR on FACEBOOK to change it.

If your package gets posted and returned to me because you provided an incorrect address any fees the post office charges me will be passed on to you as will the cost of posting the package to the correct address...If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping it. We will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we can resend the package again. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

All ORDERS are posted with a tracking number. Please contact me if you would like your package insured.

Once your items are on their way (with Trucking No.) I cannot be held responsible for them. If delivery confirmation shows - "No show" the item has been delivered it will not be refunded or resent.

In case you change your mind about your order and decide to cancel the order after I already paid for the shipping and the label on the waybill was printed -tracking not sent, I can't return the shipping cost, that I already paid. Canada Post doesn't allow it !!

Overseas orders are sent with Tracking Nowhere ever possible but some countries do not facilitate this.

All items are READY TO SHIP.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days.

International orders are welcome and take 2-5 weeks to be delivered.

I am NOT responsible for CUSTOM's CHARGES, TAXES, or DUTIES.
All packages will have real value written on the label!

Returns and refunds:

NO returns for changes of mind.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Once your purchase has been paid/completed payment you agree to the FINAL SALE of this item/s. Item/s purchased during this dress sale CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. All SALES are final. Thank you.

Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted.
In the event there is something wrong with the order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make the situation right.

Please contact me if anything is wrong with your order.

I honor my obligations under Canadian Consumer Law to refund or replace faulty goods.

I do my best to describe my creations accurately.

My creations are HANDMADE and may have imperfections and sometimes bits fall off. This is part of the unique nature of handmade items, particularly my Headbands, Tiebacks, and Bonnets.

The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, there may be variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

We endeavor to display the products and other images on our site as accurately as possible. However, since we cannot control the capabilities and limitations of your monitor, we do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail of any actual merchandise will be accurate. Colors are not guaranteed. Due to color variability in computer and screen monitors, we have no liability if the colors of the products do not match their display on the Site. We reserve the right to change and discontinue products at any time without notice to you.

Info & Policies

Photo Props are handmade with love, especially for photographers; Headbands, Tiebacks, and Bonnets are not intended for everyday use and are crafted in a pet-free/smoke-free home studio.

Tiebacks, Bonnets, and headbands are handmade in small, limited-edition batches.

Tiebacks and headbands are made with very delicate materials. Store with care.
